At the 2007 Bangor Business Awards dinner, held at The Clandeboye Lodge and attended by 400 local business people, the hotel's performance was for the second successive year recognised with the "Best Business Growth" award. The hotel also was a finalist in the "Best Business Website" and "Excellence in Customer Service" categories.
