Awards success for Clandeboye Lodge

The Clandeboye Lodge was the first ever hotel in Ireland to receive the highly regarded Northern Ireland Quality Award, whilst proprietor and general manager, Pim Dalm, was selected by the judges to win the individual award for corporate leadership. The quality award is the highest prize presented for CforC's evidence based business improvement scheme, which measures organisations against the globally recognised European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model.

Simon King and David Myers, the Hairy Bikers, stayed at the Clandeboye Lodge whilst filming the Northern Ireland search for Britain's lost recipes. According to Si and Dave " the fantastic welcome, food and hospitality made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable".
