Open again
As we prepare for reopening on Friday 10th July at 11am, we just can’t wait to see you back but, for now, we’re adapting our space and adding in lots of new features to keep you and our staff safe. We know that time is short and so we are rushing but, we promise not to cut corners. And as soon as we have more details, we’ll let you know. We want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and above all, safe in the knowledge that we have done everything possible to take care of your health and wellbeing.

A new normal
We’ll all have to get used to some new ways of doing things. For a while, we may not be able to shake your hand or help with your luggage but, as always, the smile and the craic will be there – just a little further away. To us it comes as second nature to welcome you warmly and look after your every need. We’ll go that extra mile to bring you the standards of service for which we are renowned. Together we can make it a time of respite, relaxation and reconnection. Let’s face it, if ever there was a time for finding some space and a way to enjoy the good things in life, it’s now.

Coq & Bull brasserie
At the heart of our welcome, Emmajane’s team and the kitchen brigade in the Coq & Bull brasserie offer a truly rare dining experience. The finest local, seasonal produce, wonderfully cooked and presented, matched with a superb wine list and cocktails. To help with the need to distance, we’ve created some exciting new outdoor dining spaces to enjoy and in order to make more room for our chefs to work safely, we have slightly reduced the number of dishes on our summer menu but will change it more frequently to keep our regulars happy. So great to see you all again soon!

Online booking calendars are now open and taking bookings from Friday 10th July.

Reconnecting with you
From Monday 6th July our phones will be live from 10am to 4.00pm with voicemail activated outside these hours.

For the rest of this week, our teams are working behind the scenes and are available to answer any queries on e mail and through our website from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (rooms and general enquiries) (weddings and events enquiries) (Coq&Bull brasserie enquiries)

Existing bookings
If you have a booking with us between now and 9th July 2020 (for bedrooms) or, 31st July 2020 (for weddings + events) and you have not heard from us already, we will be in touch with you as soon as we possibly can. We promise to do our very best for you but ask you to please understand that we must deal with the most imminent bookings first and we will take the rest in date order.

Future bookings
For now, we’re happy to take bedroom bookings via our website, with availability from Friday 10th July onwards, or sooner if things change. For future weddings and events, not yet booked, our teams will be available throughout the closure to deal with your enquiries. Live showarounds
Our wedding team are now taking appointments for live showarounds, here at Clandeboye Lodge – please contact them by e mail to arrange your viewing date.

While you are here, why not take a tour – our website is full of beautiful videos recently shot for our new website. You can make bookings for the brasserie or an overnight stay for when we return and even take a video showaround of our newly refurbished wedding suites and download our wedding package details, then e mail us with any enquiries. Heartfelt thanks
We are so incredibly proud of our staff who have worked tirelessly to manage this previously unimaginable situation with courage and professionalism. We thank you, our guests, too for your understanding, loyalty and support.
