They’re knowledgeable and passionate about weddings, and they’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you have. Our team will be on hand to check available dates and take provisional bookings.
Taste our delicious canapés
Our Wedding Fair offers the perfect chance to sample the delicious canapés from our wedding menu, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We work with every couple to create a wedding menu filled with bespoke, beautifully presented dishes made from scratch by our talented chefs. For those looking for an extra layer of indulgence to their day, there is the option to add gourmet grazing platters, VIP drinks or nighttime nibbles.
Explore the hotel
Our Wedding Fair is a great opportunity to take a tour of our hotel facilities including the Coq & Bull brasserie and our uniquely furnished bedrooms and suites including our sumptuous Ultra-luxe Suite.
At our upcoming Autumn Wedding Fair, you'll be able to view the new Dressing Room Suite. Bathed in natural daylight, this suite boasts bespoke handcrafted furnishings, a dedicated vanity and lounge area and a private outdoor terrace, the ideal setting for those precious pre-wedding moments with a bridal party.
While you there, explore our gorgeous gardens adorned with enchanting archways, beautiful blooms and winding pathways (perfect for photo opportunities). If you wish to explore beyond, the nearby fields, woodlands and stunning beaches await.

You'll have the opportunity to meet with each of them and get a feel for their work. Be sure to bring along a list of questions so you can get all the information you need to make informed decisions.
